NGO Academy
The NGO Academy is a joint initiative of ERSTE Foundation and the Competence Center for Nonprofit Organizations and Social Entrepreneurship of Vienna University for Economics and Business. It was founded in 2013 with the goal of strengthening the civil society sector in Central and Eastern Europe by providing further educational opportunities. We were asked to design a compact but striking visual identity. I started with developing a claim/tagline that could work as a basis and together with the client we came up with „Impulses for civil society“. The impulse idea lead to a logo that can be seen as an impulse wave that also hints at the „n“-letter in ngo academy.
